judicious use of this knowledge helps clear areas easier as well. Getting good with a solid sniper rifle helps and obviously different types of weapons work considerably better on different types of enemies. About half way through the game I had become as you were looking for - well levelled to make the game easier to cope with. I recall there being some sections that were super tough, like the car dome or the dinosaur pit, but there are always ways (and quick save) to help move you through them. I have no inclination to do this elsewhere. Ended up sinking about 100 hours into it. I do not normally bother with the side quests but I found the whole think so great to play and such a wonderful aesthetic and great mechanics that it was the first game I have 100%ed.
Borderlands pre sequel cheat engine 6.5 series#
I might skip the series and just play the Telltale game if that's the case, so that I can enjoy the vibe at least a little bit.I finished Borderlands and all the dlc a few months back. I read online that Borderlands 2 is even more difficult. The only thing is that you might want to check a quick recap video to understand the very basics of the story, but even if you don't, the story is quite straightforward and you'll only miss a few details. I've skipped 1 and went straight to The Pre Sequel and it ended just fine (just don't play the Baroness). It really isn’t more difficult, idk who is saying that. The original does not fully understand what makes the series great later on, and the quality between this and 2 is a massive step up.

I love the rest of the series and I really dislike the original. I'm proud of the fact I did beat three bosses: Nine-Toes, Scar & Bonehead are no more!

I'm not incredibly proficient in FPS either, so I went through my bullets (or life) pretty quickly at every normal encounter. I constantly dreaded going somewhere because I knew my level wasn't high enough. However, completing side quests in this game will get you either just under the required level for the main game or just about on the right level. What killed the game for me though is that normally I would happily complete side quests, so that I'm over levelled for the main game (especially if there are no difficulty settings). I wanted to play through all the games, because I really like the atmosphere. Replying to domido I retired Borderlands at 7 hours and 42 minutes.
